echo will soon be launching its new online Customer Portal. Offering enhanced Order Booking, Call Progress and Stock Viewer tools this represents a significant move towards increasing information availability for all our customers.

Additional features have been added, such as;

  • Highways Agency traffic updates.
  • Unlimited Address and Postcode lookups.
  • Part Assistant which will advise you of your nearest parts to meet your urgent call as well as giving you a rough ETA.
  • RSS News to keep you up to date.

Additional customer specific reports will be made available over the next few months and you can be kept informed of all announcements, changes and Customer Portal improvements by registering for the news feed by clicking on the RSS News Logo.
