The Configuration Centre is based in Milton Keynes and plays a key role in ensuring that a correctly configured, software loaded and tested unit, arrives onsite allowing the engineering personnel a problem free installation while reducing the time required for on-site assembly.
Starting from a base system, our highly trained technicians assemble component parts, load software images and configure it to strictly controlled and audited specifications that are agreed upon with our clients.
We also test returned stock, to confirm the fault and manage it through the repair cycle. This is done by either returning the unit to your location or to a third party repair agent, ensuring the quickest possible time the spare is available for use again.
The Configuration Centre supports over 100 configuration bays where servers, PC's, laptops, scanners, printers and projectors are built, configured and tested prior to shipment.
Effective utilisation of your field stock ensures that you have the correct part in the correct location to resolve field based issues and facilitate a return to full operating capacity.
The Configuration Centre also offers system upgrade services to help ensure your field operation is using the most up-to-date hardware and software available to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
